The Aspirant Senior Leader programme is aimed at staff hoping to make the next step into senior leadership. 

Description

This is a four-day course, which also includes four (optional) twilight programmes delivered by highly experienced senior leaders. As part of the programme, participants will be required to complete an in-school project demonstrating their ability to lead change which directly impacts whole school priorities.

• Change management
• The phases of organisational change 
• Leading and managing others
• The power of assertive and compassionate leadership
