Brooke Weston Teaching School Alliance

As one of the first 100 schools to be awarded National Teaching School status, we are proud of the longstanding commitment of our Alliance to improving the standards of education in our locality, region and nationally and our expertise in doing so. Our Alliances comprises of primary and secondary schools and academies from Fenlands and Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, working together to deliver a wide range of training and support for teachers and leaders in schools.

Our Vision

The vision of the Teaching School is to create genuine collaboration between partners; drawing on the vast expertise across the Alliance and utilising this to promote effective, coherent school to school support which meets the needs of the area and is instrumental in developing a self-improving school system. The ethos underpinning this vision is one of the high expectations and the provision of outstanding engagement with schools which has measurable impact on student progress and outcomes and enhances leadership capacity in schools.
