Brooke Weston Teaching School Alliance is proud to announce that it is part of the new Ambition National Professional Qualification (NPQ) Alliance, led by Ambition School Leadership and will be offering NPQML, NPQSL and NPQH starting from September 2017.

The programmes have been designed and created by a group of 47 MATs and teaching school alliances nationwide, encompassing more than 750 schools. The Alliance has drawn on the extensive skills, experience and best practice of its members to design programmes that have real impact.
 
Brooke Weston Teaching School Alliance will deliver the NPQs through the Alliance’s trained and accredited facilitators, tailoring programme content to meet local challenges and each leader’s development needs. This school-led leadership development will align with school improvement plans and leaders’ strengths and areas for growth.
 
There is now a clear pathway of expert career progression with NPQs stretching from middle leadership to a brand new qualification for executive leaders of multiple schools. Qualifications are designed for aspiring and serving leaders, so if you are looking to develop your leadership skills, register with us now to take the next step in your career journey.
